Member Care Admin
Nicole is HIA-LI's Member Care Admin, where she ensures membership satisfaction through effective communication with HIA-LI Members and assists with event planning, execution, and committee correspondence. Nicole graduated from Emerson College with a degree in Media Arts Production, finishing her degree a year ahead of schedule. She also has hands-on experience in video production, audio engineering, and digital content creation.
