Dawn Cagliano serves as President of IVCi, a nationally recognized leader in audio-visual integration and collaboration solutions headquartered in the Long Island Innovation Park at Hauppauge. Since joining IVCi in 2006, Dawn has built an impressive career marked by steady advancement and operational excellence, rising through leadership roles that included Project Manager, Director of Managed Services, Vice President of Business Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately President.
Throughout her tenure, Dawn has managed complex global accounts for some of the world’s most recognizable brands and Fortune 500 companies. She is widely respected for her client-focused approach, strategic mindset, and commitment to elevating service standards across the organization. In 2024, she became the first female President in IVCi’s history, a milestone that reflects both her leadership and the company’s commitment to progress and inclusion.
Dawn is known as a mentor and team builder who prioritizes talent development and organizational growth. Beyond IVCi, she serves on the Board of Directors of the NSCA Education Foundation, supporting workforce education and leadership development within the commercial integration industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Briarcliffe College.
