First Vice Chairperson
Anthony Manetta is the Chief Executive Officer at Standard Advisors Group a leading real estate and fund advisory firm. Prior he was most recently the Managing Director and Founder of Cedar Communities where he was the owner and operator of seven assisted living facilities across multiple states overseeing a diverse workforce of 200+. Previously to his time at Cedar he was executive at MAEVA Advisors, a boutique corporate restructuring firm. He also served as the CEO of the Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) and the Director of the Suffolk County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) in New York. He serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Long Island, the Sophia Valsamos Foundation and is the Vice Chairman at the HIA-LI. Additionally Mr. Manetta is an elected official in the Town of Babylon serving in his second term as Town Councilman.
