Robert McBride is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of McBride Consulting and Business Development Group, where he is widely regarded as a dynamic business strategist with a diverse client portfolio spanning the energy, waste, water, construction, transportation, real estate, and health care sectors. A serial entrepreneur, Robert has been directly involved in the creation, growth, and successful sale of multiple security and transportation companies, giving him a unique, real-world perspective on business development, risk management, and operational leadership.
Robert’s experience extends deeply into the public sector, where he has advised elected officials on issues at the intersection of public safety, government operations, and emerging threats facing communities. His work has helped shape public-private partnerships and complex municipal initiatives throughout New York, addressing challenges related to labor, community concerns, and large-scale project execution.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Robert has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to public service. He has served for more than 20 years on the Nassau County Law Enforcement Exploring Board, helping connect young people with career pathways in law enforcement. He also serves as a Suffolk County Special Deputy Sheriff.
